Yes I did.

I have some messed up stuff with my computer right now, so I just thought... Hell, why not just spend the extra money and upgrade a few parts on my computer.

So before the end of next month I'll have a shiney new Leadtek 6800gt (THE BEAST) OCed past ultra speeds, a badass new power supply that I haven't decided on yet, and another stick of mushkin 512.

Back to the error on my computer...

Thats what my screen happens to look like if I use drivers. It looked like a simple monitor problem, but then other people could see it too. So I figured that it must be the drivers, but I reinstalled and got no fix.

Then I went and cleaned all of the dust out of my computer and fiddled with some stuff aimlessly, no change.

I went to bed and then when I got home from school the next day it seemed to work! I was so excited. Everything worked perfectly for some reason. Then about 20 minutes into a session of FEAR my card just went back to doing what it did before.

That made me think it was connection issues, so I went in and checked all of the connections and they all look good to me. Now I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah. Not much of a tech question, just stating some facts and hoping that some of my questions *MIGHT* be answered. I really don't care anymore because I'm going to get a new card anyway.

I'm not much of a Technician's Corner type of person anyway.

I have an announcement to make.

Up until this point, The Good List has been a mysterious non-existance. It's been here only in my mind. I got to thinking just now, though...if I'm to be speaking of something so great so often, I should put it in physical form. Ladies and gentleman, PieXags has started The Good List, and as we speak he is creating it, slowly but surely, filling it with names of people, places, wicked cool things you can buy from gas stations and all other things that PieXags can consider "good".

I'll be working on it, and after a short while, I'll post my progress.

Can I say that whoevers bright idea it was to run three miles in the park after a rain storm is a genius because mud all over my legs and shoes makes me feel good. And the mud coming off the bottom of the people in front of me's shoes really made all three miels a great experence.
